Papa El's Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 cup light mayo
• 1 cup light sour cream
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
• 1/4 cup Romano Cheese
• 1 tablespoon Papa El's Italian Seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Papa El's Original Seasoning
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a blender until well mixed. If this is a little to tart for your own tastes please add a little extra sugar.
It will last 10 days in a air tight container.
Can also be used for a marinade for vegetables or meat or chicken.
