Ingredients
- Glaze:
- 24 oz cream cheese
- 32 oz sour cream
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 TB cornstarch
- 1/2 jar cheery or strawberry jam

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at at time.
beat after each one.
Add vanilla.
Fold in sour cream and cornstarch
2. Add mixture to graham cracker crust.
3. Bake one hour and 10 minutes at 350.
4. Pour glaze over cake
