Ingredients

  • 4 large onions, finely chopped
  • Juice of 10-12 lemons
  • 1 gal. catsup
  • 1 ½ qt. light syrup (Blackburn)
  • ½ C. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ C. Mustard
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • (May add vinegar if too sweet)
  • ●Cook onions in small amt. of water until done.
  • ●Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce temp. and simmer 2-3 hrs.
