  • 11/2 C. Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Cream ( Milk)
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornsyrup
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 C. Margarine
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla

Step 1

In a 11/2 qt. casserole, stir together cornstarch & brown sugar. Stir in cream, corn syrup & salt. Add butter & cover. Microwave at high 31/2-41/2 min, stirring after 2 min. till thickened & sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla & stir till smooth & well blended.
