Refreshing Raspberry Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz.) package frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups water
- 5 black tea bags
- 1/4 cup sugar

Step 1
•Bring the package frozen raspberries and lemon juice to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
•Cook, stirring occasionally, for five minutes.
•Remove from heat, and pour through a strainer into a bowl, using back of a spoon to squeeze out juice.
•Throw away solids. Rinse out saucepan.
•Bring 4 cups water to a boil in same saucepan
•add tea bags, and let stand 5 minutes.
•Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in sugar and raspberry juice mixture.
•Pour into a pitcher and chill one hour.
•When ready to serve, mix in fresh blackberries and raspberries and pour over ice.
