Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 Short ribs
- 2 tablespoons Papa El's Smokey Season All
- 1 large onion Thinly sliced
- 12 ounces carrots
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 can low sodium Beef Broth

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over heat. Season the short ribs with 1/3 of the Papa El's Smokey Season All. Sear the short ribs on all sides until brown and caramelized. In the bottom of a slow cooker place the onion and carrots with remaining Papa El's Season All and the wine and beef broth. Place short ribs, meat side up on top of the vegetables. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
