- 6 hard cooked eggs - peeled
- 1 TBS sour cream
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- dash paprika
- garnish with add'l paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1) Using sharp knife cut eggs in half length wise. Remove yolks and place in bowl. Set whites aside.
2) Mash yolks. Add remain ingreds to yolk, stirring until smooth & creamy.
3) Fill egg white shells with mixture. Garnish with paprika.
