Ingredients
- 1 Can Progresso Artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (cut in 1/8's)
- 2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can mushrooms drained
- 1/2 cup mayonaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- grated chedder cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cooked spinach, soup, garlic powder, lemon juice and mushrooms. Add chedder cheese to taste. Place artichoke hearts on button of casserole. Pour mixture on top. Combine mayonaisse, sour cream and pour over spinach mix. Top with more cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. (From Nancy Stock)
