Ingredients
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- ½ Tsp. paprika
- ½ Tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- ½ cup low fat buttermilk
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Freshly ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a medium bowl, stir together bread crumbs, parmesan, paprika, garlic salt, pepper and parsley.
Pour buttermilk into another bowl.
Dip the chicken in the buttermilk, then roll in the crumb mixture. Place chicken on a lightly oiled baking sheet, arranging pieces so they don’t touch.
Bake 40-45 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink when pierced with a knife.
