Ingredients
- 1 cup peeled, seeded and diced cucumber
- 1 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 (14.5-oz.) canned diced tomatoes, un-drained
- 2 (4.5-oz.) cans diced green chilies
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 3/4 cup peeled and diced avocado
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
