Ingredients
- 14 oz. can of plums, drain and pitted
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 3 lbs. chicken parts, skin removed

Step 1
Plum Sauce: Put first 4 ingredients into blender. Process until smooth. Pour into small bowl. Makes 3/4 cup sauce.
Arrange chicken in single layer in ungreased 4 quart casserole. Spoon sauce over chicken, being sure to get some on every piece. Cover. Bake in 350 oven for about 1-1/2 hours until chicken is very tender. Transfer sauce to frying pan. Bring sauce to a boil. Boil for about 10 minutes until reduced and thickened. Spoon over chicken.
