Lightened-Up Ham Loaf

Ingredients
- 1 # cooked ham pieces
- 8 oz. Lean ground turkey breast
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. plain, dried bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/4 t. allspice
- 1/4 t. nutmeg

Step 1
1. Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 9 X 5 inch loaf pan with nonstick spray. Pulse the ham in a food processor until finely chopped.
2. Combine the chopped ham with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place in the pan and pat down, smoothing and rounding the top. Use a fork to loose the meat slightly from the sides of the pan. Spray the top with nonstick spray,and bake until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of the loaf reads 155 degrees F, about 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
