- 2 RACKS BABY BACK RIBS, MEMBRANE REMOVED
- MCCORMICK BBQ DRY RUB
- FAVORITE BOTTLED BBQ SAUCE
- 2 LONG SHEETS HEAVY DUTY ALUMINUM FOIL

Preparation
Step 1
PREHEAT OVEN TO 300 DEGREES
AFTER REMOVING MEMBRANE, PLACE EACH RACK ON SEPARATE SHEET OF FOIL AND DUST BOTH SIDES WITH BBQ RUB.
FOLD AND CRIMP FOIL ALONG TOP AND ENDS OF EACH RACK.
PLACE ON LARGE BAKING SHEET.
BAKE FOR 1 HOUR 30 MINUTES. REMOVE AND INCREASE OVEN TEMP TO 425.
CAREFULLY OPEN ONE END OF FOIL AND DRAIN OFF ACCUMULATED MOISTURE.
REPLACE ON BAKING SHEET AND UNWRAP EACH RACK, FOLDING FOIL DOWN ALONGSIDE. BRUSH WITH BBQ SAUCE, RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE ADDITIONAL 20-30 MINUTES. ALLOW TO COOL TEN MINUTES BEFORE SLICING INTO SERVING PIECES.
