Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Frozen Peaches
- 3 Tbsp. Light Brown Sugar
- 1 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Milk
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a small microwavable bowl, combine peaches, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, and ½ tsp. cinnamon.
Heat in microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes or until peaches are completely defrosted.
Stir mixture.
Place butter into a microwavable ramekin.
Heat on high for 30 seconds or until butter is completely melted.
Evenly pour peach mixture over butter.
Set aside.
In a small mixing bowl mix flour, milk, ½ tsp. cinnamon, granulated sugar, extract, baking powder, and salt.
Spread flour mixture on top of peach mixture.
Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until dough is done.
