Ingredients
- 1 box refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 9 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples
- 1 cup pwdred sugar
- 2 tbsp milk

Step 1
preheat oven to 450. remove the pie crust from pouches. unroll and stack crusts one on top of the other on a lightly floured surface. roll to 17x12 rectangle. fit crust into 15x10 inch pan, pressing into corners. fold extra pastry crust under, even with the edges of the pan. crimp edges.
mix granulated sugar, g=flour, cinnamon, salt and lemon juice. stir apples to coat. spoon apple mixture into crust lined pan.
bake 33 - 38 miutes or until crust is golden brown and filling is bubbling. cool on rack 45 minutes.
mix pwdred sugar and milk until well blended. drizzle over pie. allow galze to set before serving, about 30 minutes.
