  • 1/2 cup romano cheese, grated
  • 3/4 cup dry Italian breadcrumbs
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 t. salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh garlic

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Shape into meatballs 3"-4" in diameter. Bake in 350* oven for 45 minutes.
