Ingredients
- Toppings:
- 3 tbsp sugar, cinnamon sugar, or sprinkles
- 1/2 cup orange puree
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup semi sweet choco chips

Preparation
Step 1
Pour garnish toppings onto parchment paper or a plate and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine orange puree and peanut butter. Mix in wheat germ, oats, and choco chips, then pinch of heaping tsp sized amounts of batter and roll in a ball with your hands. Roll balls in topping to coat completely. Wrap each ball individually in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
Chocolate dipped bonbon variation:
Make bonbons according to above instructions, omitting the topping and chocolate chips. Allow bonbons to harden in freezer. Meanwhile melt 1 cup chocolate chips . Roll bonbons in melted chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Dust with sprinkles, and allow to harden.
