Ingredients
- 1 pkg (6 oz) stove top for chicken
- 1 c HOT water
- 1.5 lbs. chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz) thawed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Sprinkle 1/2 c of dry stuffing mix on the bottom of a baking dish. Add hot water to remaining stuffing mix and stir until just moistened, set aside.
Place chicken over dry stuffing mix in baking dish. mix soup, sour cream and vegetables. Spoon over chicken. Top with the prepared stuffing.
Bake 20-30 min, or until heated through
