• 1 1 1 pound ground beef
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 1 1 clove minced garlic
• 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup flour
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 2 12 to 2 (I use one 12 ounce can of evaporated milk and enough water to make 2 cups)
