Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 4-6 thin cut chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried minced garlic
- 1 tsp marjoram leaves
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp basil
- 3/4 tsp parsley
- 3 TBS butter (divided)
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 4 oz mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Marsala wine

Preparation
Step 1
In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, garlic, onion, and pepper. Reserve 1 tbs of flour mixture. Coat chicken with remaining flour mixture.
Heat 2 TBS butter and oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Add mushrooms cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
Mix broth and reserved flour mixture. Add to skillet along with wine. Bring to boil while stirring to release any browned bits. Stir in 1 TBS butter, basil, and parsley. Cook 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
Spoon sauce over chicken and angel hair pasta to serve.
