Ingredients
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained
- 3 Tbs Tahini
- 4 Tbs lemon juice
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs water
- 2 Ts cumin
- 2 Tbs chopped cilantro

Preparation
Step 1
blanch garlic for 3 mins. Add with chickpeas and tahini to food processor. Pulse. Add everything else except cilantro. puree. Add cilantro and pulse again.
