Raw Banana Cinnamon Crepes

- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup flax meal (ground flax seeds)
- 2 T cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water

You could try pouring the batter into a pan to make a pancake, if you'd like and you don't have a dehydrator, though I've never done that so I don't know how it'd turn out. I like to keep my recipes fairly approachable, but sometimes a raw foodie has just got to break out the dehydrator!!
Combine everything in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Spread out onto your Teflex liner in your dehydrator and dehydrate at 105 for 8-10 hours. Check on it frequently. At about 3-4 hours, when it is mostly dried on the top, you can flip the tray onto another mesh tray and peel the liner off. Score the layer into whatever shapes you'd like (I did 4 squares) and continue to dehydrate until completely dried, though not crispy.
I stuff mine with fresh fruit and leftover chocolate pudding. Drizzle with sweetener (I use maple syrup). Also great filled with Chocolate Hazelnut Spread!
This is the perfect treat for a special morning or evening dessert. It's so easy, too!
