Ingredients

  • Meat Sauce:
  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 28 ounce can tomato sauce
  • 28 ounce can water
  • 6 ounce tomato paste
  • 6 ounce can water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 1 box no boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 large can parmesan & Romano cheese
  • 1 large ricotta cheese
  • 1 large bag mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Meat Sauce:
Brown ground beef and drain.
add all the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn to simmer and let cook 3 to 4 hours stirring each half hour.

Spread a little sauce on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Place a layer of noodles going across the pan. Place more sauce on top then ricotta, then the parmesan romano and mozzarella . Keep layer ing and end with Mozzarella. Bake covered for 45 minutes and then 15 uncover.
