  • 3/8 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Bananas Mashed, Medium Sized
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 cups Walnuts, Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Chocolate Chips

Preheat your oven to 325F.

Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Combine all ingredients in one large bowl and mix well. No need to use different bowls for wet and dry ingredients, just toss it all in one!

Pour the batter into your loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes. Watch it so it doesn’t overcook. I started testing at 45 minutes and cooked it about 48 minutes.

It’s done when a toothpick comes out clean and the top is golden brown. Cool a little if you can stand it! Enjoy, this is yummy!
