Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange slices of salami in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet lined with non-stick foil. Bake until crisp, turning once, 12 to 15 minutes.
Can be served with thyme mustard (1/4 cup Dijon mustard and 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme) for dipping.
