Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck beef
- 1 to 2 eggs
- 2-3 pcs of crumbled bread (or bread crumbs)
- 4 shakes of salt
- 10 shakes of pepper
- few shakes onion powder
- 1-1/2 TBS oregano
- 1 garlic clove
- parsley
- few shakes seasoning salt
- 1/4 cup fresh parm
- 1-2 spoonfuls campbells cream of chicken soup for baking (opt)

Step 1
1) Roll into balls
2) Bake at 425 for 10 min (less if you like rare or medium)
3) Simmer in sauce for 30 min (covered)
