- 1/2 cup water or 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 pkg. onion-mushroom soup mix
- Approx. 2 1/2 lbs. beef cubes
- 1 lb. baby red potatoes
- 1 pkg. mix frozen vegetables
- 1 onion, chopped
