- •1 Pound chicken breast tenders

Marinade
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add chicken and stir to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Grilled Chicken Tenders
Place a grill pan over medium-high heat until hot. Remove chicken from marinade; pour marinade into a small saucepan. Place chicken on pan and cook, turning once, until no longer pink when cut, about 2 minutes on each side. Heat marinade to simmer, pour over chicken, and serve.
