Salmon with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

• 2 salmon fillets
• 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 1 tbsp. melted margarine
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 1 tbsp. soya sauce
• 1 tbsp. dijon mustard
• 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1

Mix together all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon in shallow dish. Pour marinade over salmon and let sit 15 minutes before baking.

Bake salmon at 375 degrees for about 15 or 20 minutes until fish flakes with fork.
