Kahlua Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon instant coffee
• 1 teaspoon boiling water
• 1 8 oz container of frozen whippng cream
• 1/2 cup margarine softened
• 1 16 oz powdered sugar plus more if needed
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 4-5 teaspoons kahlua

Preparation

Step 1

combine coffee and water until dissolved

beat whipping cream, margarine and powdered sugar until soft peaks form

Beat in vanilla, coffee and kahlua to taste

Add more powdered sugar if frosting is too thin
