Ingredients
- 2 16-oz cans Bush's Baked Beans; drained
- 3/4 cup KC Masterpiece barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup Yellow onion; chopped
- 1/4 cup Green pepper; chopped
- 1 cup Smoked pork or brisket; chopped, or use bacon, fried crisp
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Fold together all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer to an aluminum baking pan (I use a loaf pan). Place in smoker, uncovered at medium heat (225?-250?) for about 60 minutes or until heated through.
(Next time you smoke a pork butt or brisket, put some away in a freezer bag for later use in your beans).
