Chick fil-A Chicken

It's Sunday- the day when everyone most desires the tender embrace of the Chick-fi-A sandwich. One problem, the restaurant is closed. Instead of pushing that maddening craving into the back of your mind (until Monday at least) try this recipe out for size. As a bonus, you now have a purpose for all that extra pickle juice you've been stockpiling (I can't be the only one who does this, right guys?)
Ingredients
- Chicken Breasts- 3
- Pickle Juice- 1 cup
- Eggs- 2
- Flour- 1 cup
- Sugar- 1 tsp
- Salt- 1 tsp
- Paprika- 2 tsp
- Oregano- 1 tsp
- Pepper- 1tsp
- Basil- 1/2 tsp
- Garlic Powder- 1 tsp
- Onion Powder- 1 tsp
- Peanut Oil (for frying)

Step 1
1. Pound chicken breasts until thin (you may cut them into nuggets if you like)
2. Place chicken breasts into a bag with pickle juice and marinate (preferably overnight)
3. Mix eggs in single bowl for egg wash
4. Mix flour and other spices into another bowl
5. Remove chicken from pickle juice and drain well
6. Dip chicken into egg wash, then dip into flour mixture
7. Pan fry chicken in peanut oil until golden brown
8. Serve on toasted bun with pickle and mayo, or serve nuggets with dipping sauce on the side
