Ingredients
- Chicken cutlets
- chopped garlic, fine
- salt and pepper
- parsley flakes
- bread crumbs
- parmesan
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- muenster cheese
- can of cream of mushroom
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Stuffing:
3 pieces wet bread, chop garlic fine, salt and pepper, parsley flakes, bread crumbs, parmesan, 2 eggs.
Put in muenster cheese and stuffing and roll up, dip in egg batter and fry cutlet until crusty. Put in casserole.
Heat can of cream of mushroom, 1/2 cup milk, pour over and put in oven for at least 15 minutes.
