- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 Cup grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450*F.
2. Place broccoli in a shallow baking pan lined with foil. Drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with salt & black pepper.
3. Bake, uncovered, for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring once, until broccoli is crisp-tender & slightly charred. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes more.
2. Transfer broccoli to a serving platter or individual plates, if desired. Serve immediately.
