Rice Pudding

Ingredients

• 1 . 4 cups 2% milk
• 2 . 1 cup minute rice
• 3 . 1 egg beaten
• 4 . 1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
• 5 . 1 cups raisins

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix ingredients (except rasins) in large heavy pot
over medium heat
2. Stir constantly until mixture come to a boil
3. Remove from heat, rest for 5 min and add raisins
4. Rest an additional 5 miutes
5, Pour into an appropriate dish
