Ingredients
- 4 Large potatoes; Yukon Gold or russet are best.
- 3 cloves fresh garlic; minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup Light sour cream
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary; minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme; minced
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 pinch paprika

Preparation
Step 1
1. Peel and cube potatoes into equal pieces; bring to a rolling boil in a large saucepan. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes; add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a casserole/serving dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and set aside until 39 minutes prior to serving time.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 nminutes or until heated through; top with a dollop of butter, lightly sprinkle with parsley flakes and serve.
