Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/4 lb butter
- 2 cups (1 pkg.) finely ground chocolate wafer crumbs (can also use Teddy
- Grahams)
- 1/4 Cup sugar
- Filling:
- 2 lb softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp instant coffee, dissolved in Kahlua
- 1 1/2 Tbs Kahlua
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- pinch of salt
- 4 lg eggs
- 2 oz melted white chocolate

Preparation
Step 1
In a mixing bowl combine sugar and cream cheese and mix on medium speed until well blended and creamy. Add instant coffee dissolved in Kahlua, salt and blend well.
Add eggs one at a time, mix well after each addition.
Reserve 1 cup batter.
Add pecans to remaining batter and mix by hand. Pour 1/2 of the batter into crust.
Melt white chocolate until soft and buttery. Add the melted chocolate to the reserved cup of batter.
Spread chocolate batter evenly over the 1/2 cheesecake in the crust. Add remaining batter over the chocolate mixture and bake in preheated oven for 55 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 10 minutes while preparing the topping.
