• 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/8 t. Cayenne pepper
• 1/2 t. Paprika

Step 1

Cook chips on rimmed baking sheet at 350 degrees until oil appears (about 6 - 7 minutes). Immediately toss with mixture of cheese and spices.
