Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creme fraiche
- 2 tsp mild chili powder
- 1 can chipotle, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2-3/4 # fresh lobster meat
- 8 small white corn taco shells

Step 1
Combine the creme fraiche, chile powder, chipotle, paprika, lime juice then season with salt.
Add lobster meat, mango to the creme fraiche and gently fold to combine. Divide the lobster mixture among the taco shells and top with shredded lettuce and mango salsa. See sauce mango salsa.
