By AzWench
Sliders are great, just a fancy name for burgers, and are smaller, and add an exciting twist for dinner. "Let's eat Sliders", sounds better to me.

Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl combine all of the ingredients and thoroughly combine using hands. Form into 2 oz. patties. Cook on a preheated oiled grill or grill pan for about 4-5 minutes. Patties should be fully cooked with no pink in the middle. When patties come off the grill, place the buns, lightly buttered, on the grill to toast. Spread a layer of the spicy mayo spread on bun, top with turkey patty and lettuce leaf. Enjoy!
