Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Grand Selections olive oil
- 1 tbsp Hy-Vee butter
- 1 (1.5 lb) package ProHealth™ Baby Potatoes, quartered
- 6 pearl onions, peeled
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Hy-Vee sea salt

Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
Add the potatoes and onions. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
Uncover and stir in rosemary.
Continue cooking until potatoes are golden-brown, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt just before serving.
