STUFFING BALLS
Colorful, chewy and sweet. Excellelnt. Can be made ahead, chilled and baked the next day. Serve with Roast Turkey.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 6 oz package of sweetened dried cranberries (1-1/2 cups)
- 6 cups coarse dry bread crumbs
- 2 tsp parsley flakes
- 2-3 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 large eggs, fork beaten
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup hard margarine, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and celery in cooking oil in frying pan until onion is soft and clear.
Combine next 6 ingredients in large bowl.
Add eggs and wter. Stir. Add onion mixture. Mix well. Shape into 10 balls using 1/2 cup mixture each. Arrange in single layer in small greased roasting pan.
Drizzle with margarine. Cover. Bake in 350 oven for about 25 minutes until golden.
