Ingredients

  • Enough apples peeled and sliced to fill a 9x13” pan
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg, as much as you prefer
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 sticks butter or margarine softened

Step 1

Cover bottom of pan with apple slices. Sprinkle with sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Repeat until pan is filled with layers of apples and spices.

Cut butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle flour mixture over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes or until top is brown.
