Steve's Memphis-Style Coleslaw Dressing

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground celery seed

Preparation

Step 1

1Pour cider vinegar into bowl, add sugar; stir to dissolve.

2In a separate bowl, add mayo and ground celery seed together.

3Stir in vinegar mix.

4Whisk until smooth.

5Toss with cabbage. I use angel hair coleslaw prepackaged 10 oz and triple the recipe using 3 bags of coleslaw for BBQ etc.

6I also add red, yellow, and green peppers for color and taste, and sometimes green onions.
