Ingredients
- 6 Tabs Butter
- 1/3 cup fat free milk
- ¼ unsweetened cocoa
- 3 Cups 10X sugar
- ¼ cup chopped pecans ~ toasted

Step 1
Combine butter, milk, cocoa in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, gradually stir in sugar & pecans. Spread over warm cake or brownies
