Ingredients
- 16-28 oz plum tomatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 6 garlic cloves, slightly crushed
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook garlic in oil, med/high heat, until garlic sizzles. Stir in tomatoes, with liquid, 3/4 cup parsley, red pepper, breaking up tomatoes with sppon. Season with salt and pepper. Reduce heat to med/low. Cover partially 1 hour or so. Discard garlic. Mix in the rest of parsley.
