Ingredients

  • 1 Boboli® pizza crust
  • 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 7 oz. can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed OR fresh salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 2 T capers

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet. In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream and mix until smooth. Spread over crust. Top with remaining ingredients, arranging evenly over pizza. Bake at 400 degrees F for 11-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is hot.
