Ingredients
- 10 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, chopped
- 1 Large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- 2 tsp Sweet paprika
- 2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Extra virgin Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
-Puree onion, lemon juice, oregano, paprika and garlic in a food processor, while motor is running slowly add oil.
-Place chicken in resealable bag and pour in marinade, seal tightly, coat chicken and let sit for 30 mins.
-prepare grill at medium heat.
-Remove chicken and thread on to skewers so pieces are touching but not crammed on.Discard marinade.
-Grill kabobs over direct heat with lid closed as much as possible, until meat is fully cooked, but not dry 8-10 mins, turning once at halftime.
