Oatmeal Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients
- 1 (17.5 oz.) Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix
- 1/2 C Chilled butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 8oz. Packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C Sugar
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 Large egg
- 2/3 C peanut butter morsels
- 2/3 C semisweet chocolate morsels

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees...spray a 13X9 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix cookie mix & butter in a food processer, pulse 4 or 5 times until combined. Press mixture into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 min. or until browned around edges. Cool for 10 min.
In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar, flour & egg. Beat with mixed until smooth. Spread over cookie crust.
Bake for 20 min., or just until set. Remove from oven and sprinkle with morsels. Let stand for 10 min. or until morsels begin to melt. Swirl through with a knife. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled. Remove from refrigerator, let stand for 10 min. Cut into desired shapes.
