Ingredients
- 1 C. HOT almond milk (or nonfat milk)
- 1/2 C HOT coffee (or 1/2 tsp of instant mixed with 1/2 C HOT water)
- 1 T. fresh or canned 100% Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice ( a mixture of ground cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and nutmeg) or cinnamon
- 1 Scoop VANILLA Whey Protein
- 1 packet of Stevia (or stevia to taste)
